The Pacific Women’s Professional Development Program (PWPDP) is an initiative of the Australian Border Force (ABF) in collaboration with the Oceania Customs Organisation (OCO) and Customs administrations across the Pacific.
Initiated in 2022, PWPDP provides a positive opportunity for emerging women Customs officers to strengthen their leadership, enhance their future-readiness, build their network to ensure they are well-placed to influence positive change as Customs administrations transform to meet the emerging global challenges.
