The Oceania Customs Organisation (OCO) was established in August 1998 by the Heads of Oceania Customs Administrations with a mission to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customs operations throughout the Pacific region. Comprising 24 member countries and territories, the OCO is instrumental in guiding its members to align with international customs standards and best practices. This alignment not only supports economic growth but also strengthens border security, promoting a safer and more prosperous Oceania.

In our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, the OCO is now seeking to appoint a travel service provider that can efficiently address the diverse and comprehensive travel needs of our Secretariat. This includes booking air travel, accommodations, ground transportation, and other related services to support our business operations. To ensure quality service, we require that any prospective travel service provider be an accredited member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), demonstrating their commitment to high industry standards and practices.

We invite organisations with a proven track record in travel management to submit their tenders for providing Travel Management Services to the OCO Secretariat. Detailed information regarding the requirements and expectations can be found in the Tender Terms of Reference. here

All Tenders must be submitted this Tender Section of the OCO website.

The due date for submission of the tender is 12 December 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Any clarification questions from applicants must be submitted by email to SandraA@ocosec.org
